BENSON EGBUCHIWE LL.B (Hons), B.L
Benson began his law practice in 2001, working in medium-sized law firms. Subsequently, he was retained as company secretary and legal adviser to numerous companies which included as a resident legal consultant to the FOLIO GROUP, in which capacity he orchestrated the acquisition of The Daily times of Nigeria Plc. and since then has also been providing through our law firm post acquisition advisory services to the group and to other many corporate groups especially proffering legal frameworks on the regulatory and statutory compliance issues required of companies for their operations.
Benson has had extensive working experience in legal, and regulatory issues and has been involved in numerous business startups, due diligence reviews, privatization, mergers and cross boarder acquisitions, corporate restructuring, contract structuring, private equity funds and general business regulatory compliance and advisory services. He has also liaised extensively with numerous government departments and regulatory agencies on behalf of our numerous clients.
Benson is a graduate of the University of Lagos (1998) and was called to the Nigeria Bar in 2000 and presently is a student member of Institute of Chartered Administrators and Secretaries, Nigeria. And is a member of Nigeria Bar association and International Bar Association.
Nwachukwu Mordi Anosike LL.B (Hons.), B.L
Nwachukwu has extensive knowledge of corporate law and has gleaned from his illustrious corporate background as an executive director in many blue-chip companies to provide practical and pragmatic advisory service on frameworks for setting of businesses, loans and acquisitions for both local and foreign investors and the regulatory issues. Nwachukwu is presently on leave as he is presently an executive director of the Folio Group and 1st October publications limited. He is a graduate of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka (1998) where he obtained his LL.B and was called to the Nigeria Bar in 2001.
OLUDOTUN SOWEMIMO LL.B (Hons.), B.L
Oludotun Sowemimo started his professional careers with Afe Babalola & Co (San) in Abuja as junior counsel and also has extensive knowledge of the operations of the oil and Gas industry having served as a legal intern to the company secretary of Petroleum Product & marketing Company (PPMC) before his employment with AFE. He has advised several oil companies both local and international on the industry regulatory and statutory frameworks as well as proffering investment and market intelligence analysis of the oil industry for prospective investors. He also has served as a legal adviser to key south-south leaders on the derivation litigations and represented them in various geo-political meetings including being a key legal adviser to the present Ijaw leader and a resident legal consultant to the African Business Round Table Group.
He is a graduate of the University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos (1998) where he obtained his LL.B and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2003
JACHIIKE EGBUCHIWE LL.B (Hons),B.L
He is a product of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2007 and has been in active practice ever since. He is general practitioner with a special bias for litigation and election petitions.
LINUS OGBOLE, LL.B (Hons), B.L
He is a product Nasarawa State University and was called to Bar in 2015.He is a general practitioner with a special bias for litigation and corporate practice.
CHINAEMERAM EGBUCHIWE LL.B (Hons),B.L
She obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in law from Anambra State University. She was thereafter called to the Nigerian bar in 2007.she joined the office in 2008 and is into general practice with a special bias for media and entertainment law.
CHUKWUNYERE NWANOSIKE (B.A), LL.B(Hon),B.L
Mr. Nwanosike took a Bachelors of Arts degree in History from Abia state University, Uturu in 1996 and thereafter proceeded to obtain his Bachelors of law degree from University of Calabar. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005.He is into general legal practice with a special bias for litigation and corporate practice
