Nwachukwu has extensive knowledge of corporate law, drawing on his illustrious corporate background as an executive director in many blue-chip companies to provide practical and pragmatic advisory services on frameworks for setting up businesses, loans, and acquisitions for both local and foreign investors, as well as regulatory issues.

Nwachukwu is on leave as the executive director of the Folio Group and 1st October Publications Limited.

He graduated from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka (1998), where he obtained his LL.B. and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2001.
